Tori Richard

Tori Richard is the Federal Affairs Staff Assistant for Harvard University’s Office of Federal Relations in Washington, DC, where she supports the team’s engagement with federal policymakers through research, communications, and coordination between the University and Capitol Hill. Prior to joining Harvard, Tori served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Madrid, Spain, where she worked with students and educators and advised the school’s Model UN program. She previously spent two years in Rutgers University’s Office of Federal Relations, where she supported outreach, tracked legislative developments, and helped to connect students with opportunities in public service. Tori graduated from the Rutgers University Honors College in May 2025 with a degree in Political Science and is a proud Rhode Island native.
